We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from Crane's Stationery. We accept returns for 60 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact us at (800) 527-2636, the Customer Service Staff will give you the address and a return number for your order or partial order. The item must be in its original packaging, in its original box and have the packing slip included for proper credit. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days. |
